Real homes. Real decisions. Real stories.
Every home we build starts with a different vision. These are the stories behind the decisions, the details, and the way each home came to life.
We absolutely love our home! We had not built before - and working with the Schneider team made it all so easy. Debby’s eye for color and detail - and her patience as we struggled to make decisions - was invaluable. And everyone was quickly responsive to questions. A great experience and a perfect home!
Worked with Andrea and her staff to design our forever home. Impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to get us what we want. Love our new home! Debbie and Heidi took care us ❤️ thank you all!
We went to several open houses and some were from various builders in town. We discovered we really liked the design and quality we saw from Schneider Custom Homes. Our realtor set up a meeting with them, and we really liked what Schneider Custom Homes had to offer and chose them to build our home! We couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! From the friendly staff, to the skilled works, to the quality of the build, we would highly reccommend Schneider Custom Homes!
We had a great experience with Schneider Custom Homes. They were great to work with! It was nice having Debbie help us when picking out stuff. We are very happy with it!
Our house was completed in late November, we’ve been loving the new space and has been a wonderful move for our family. The whole process was seamless and stress free, wonderful team!
Schneider Custom Homes was a great decision for us as we decided to build our dream home. The timeline was seamless from choosing a floor plan, meeting with Debby and Heidi to choose our interior design. They use an app that shows every decision made with price included, and everyone on the team can see the communication. In addition to multiple walk throughs and questions answered their entire team has a family touch, literally and figuratively, you feel like you have become extended family! We love our home and the floor plan, it’s perfect! We have been extremely blessed with choosing Schneider Custom Homes. Thank you Andrea and Scott for this opportunity!
Andrea, Heidi, and team were wonderful to work with! They made the building process seamless for us and we LOVE our new home. Throughout the entire process, they were timely and responsive including when we had questions after moving in. Amazing company and people!
