Meet Your Team
Schneider Custom Homes uses top quality sub-contractors from start to finish. With on site management to oversee the progress, we can ensure more consistent performance and more efficient progress. We settle for nothing less than the best when it comes to those who are allowed to work on our homes!
Your initial meeting will be orchestrated through our staff. We will spend time getting to know you, your needs, and your desires, and discuss how to incorporate them into your new home.
Available Lots
Where your home is located is as important as the plan itself. Schneider Custom Homes will assist you in finding the perfect location for your new home, whether in our Pinehill development (see below), or elsewhere.

Acreage Lots
Acreage lots can be found throughout Lancaster County and beyond. With excellent school systems, convenient access to small town grocery stores, as well as reasonable drive times to Lincoln's ever expanding borders, many people are gravitating to the private life that an acreage can offer.

Design
Once we have established what you are looking for in your new home, we can begin the process of choosing the floor plan that best fits your lifestyle. Schneider Custom Homes offers an array of floor plans to chose from, as well as in-house design. Additionally, we have a working relationship with several local architects who can assist you in finalizing that dream home.
Customize Your Home
During the construction process there will be many decisions that will allow you to customize your home to fit your style. Through our online homeowner's center you will be able to make many of your selections in the comfort of your home, within the provided time frame. For all selections being made, one of our staff will always be available to guide you through the decision making process.
Start Building
Once a contract has been signed, construction on your new home will begin as soon as possible. Throughout the building process there will be several walk-throughs scheduled that will allow you to address any questions you have regarding your home, as well as give you the opportuntiy to see the progress first hand.
Through our Homeowner's Center you will also be able to track the progress with our online flow chart, options selection system and deadline alerts.
Moving In
Your new home is cleaned thoroughly prior to your closing date. Upon completion of your new home, a final walk through will be scheduled with our staff and carried out prior to closing. At this time, any questions and cosmetic concerns will be addressed.
Our staff strives for your satisfaction, and will ensure a smooth move in process so you can get settled in your new home.
Service After the Sale
Part of the final walk through, includes an overview explanation of what you will find inside our warranty package. We provide a 1 year limited warranty, as well as a 10 year structural warranty.
