Meet Your Team
American Spirit uses top quality sub-contractors from start to finish. With on site management that is always there to oversee the progress, we can ensure more consistent performance and more efficient progress. We settle for nothing less than the best when it comes to those who are allowed to work on our homes.
Your initial meeting will be orchestrated through our sales team to assess your needs and desires from your new home. The sales team will spend time getting to know you, and what your expectations from your new home are.

Once we have established what you are looking for in your new home, we can begin the process of choosing the floor plan that best fits your lifestyle. American Spirit offers a unique line of homes that combines modern living with a look and feel that is true to the time-honored homes of yesterday.

Where your home is located is as important as the plan itself. American Spirit will assist you in finding the perfect location for your new home. Whether you are interested in our own Pinehill development or elsewhere in our community and surrounding area, our sales staff will work hard to find the perfect location for you.

Getting Qualified
With the broad selection of financing options available today, getting qualified has never been easier.
If you need assistance in the qualification process, we are more than happy to get you in contact with a knowledgeable lender.
Customize Your Home
During the construction process there are many decisions that will allow you to customize your home to fit your lifestyle. Because these decisions can sometimes be overwhelming and time consuming, American Spirit offers an online,
web-based options and selection service. Accessed through our online homeowner's center, this service allows you to make most product selections in the comfort of your own home, without being hurried or rushed. For all selections being made, our staff will always be available to guide you through the selection and decision making process.
Start Building
Once a contract has been signed, construction on your new home will begin as soon as possible. Throughout the building process there will be several on site walk-throughs scheduled that will allow you to address any questions you have regarding your home, as well give you the opportuntiy to see the progress first hand.
Through our
Homeowners' Center you will also be able to track construction progress with our online flow chart, options selection system and deadline alerts.
Moving In
Your new home is cleaned thoroughly prior to your closing date. Upon completion of your new home, a final walk through will be scheduled with our staff and carried out prior to closing. At this time, any questions and cosmetic concerns will be addressed.
Our staff strives for your satisfaction, and will ensure a smooth move in process so you can get settled in your new home.
Service After the Sale
At the final walk through our warranty package will be provided, with an overview explanation of what you will find inside. We provide a 1 year limited warranty, as well as a 10 year structural warranty.
